5. What Happens Next

We review every notice that arrives. Where a claim appears valid, the material is removed or disabled promptly and we notify whoever supplied it. Where the notice is incomplete, we come back to you and say which of the six items is missing rather than leaving it unanswered.

6. Filing a Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@mohleo.com including all six of the following.

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact details: your name, your mailing address, and your email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located, or where your address is outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found.
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or from their agent.

7. Repeat Infringers

Access to our website and services is terminated for anyone found to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.

8. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and legal fees. Please be sure of your position before filing either kind of notice.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. A revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
